Nicky is a Senior Executive and Board Member with 24 years of experience in developing and building brands, leading & growing businesses and creating and nurturing capability in systems and people. She has both depth and breadth of expertise across FMCG, Retail, Luxury, Ecommerce; spanning a wide range of categories (including food, beverages, health care and personal care) and with a track record of delivery across companies like Unilever, Coca-Cola Company, P&G, George Patterson Y&R. Nicky holds a Master’s Degree in International Business, which has been reinforced with significant global experience across Australia & NZ, UK & Europe, USA and the highly diverse markets of Asia. She was Vice President Refreshment at Unilever, leading a portfolio of Ice cream and Beverage brands in Asia, worth c 1billion GSV from 2011-2015. In 2016, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of T2 Tea Pty Ltd a luxury retailer, driving its global expansion (Inc. USA, UK, Middle East and Asia), omni-channel acceleration and overall commercial delivery.

The best advice she has ever been given was "when you are dancing on thin ice you may as well tap dance" and that is how she lives her life in Singapore with husband Graeme and their two kids, Keira & Lachlan.
