Adrian De Luca, Head of Solution Architecture for Partners & Ecosystems in Asia Pacific at Amazon Web Services, will deliver an insightful presentation of how Jeff Bezos’ vision of being the Earth’s most customer-centric company back in 1994 was founded on using pioneering technology to innovate, disrupt and fundamentally change the world as we know it. Underlying this, Amazon uses four simple, but powerful aspects of Mechanisms, Architecture, Culture and Organisation to deliver the most exceptional customer experience in every industry it operates.
