Ever considered optimisation?
In this workshop, you will be provided with an essential decision framing tool that can be used in a wide range of contexts, including those where mathematical optimisation may provide a solution.
Investment analysis, logistics planning, engineering design, even planning your holiday are all fields in which decision framing and optimisation can help. You’ll learn about the power of mathematical optimisation and how to leverage it. You’ll also get to practice using the framing tool in collaboration with a diverse group of people. We encourage you to come along with your own ideas to pursue in the workshop, however it is not essential.
To acknowledge your passion for learning after a long hard day, pizzas and drinks will be provided.
