On behalf of the newly elected WA Alumni Chapter Committee, it is a great pleasure to welcome you and invite you to our first networking event for 2018. At this event we will share our passionate vision on planned initiatives for the MBS Alumni in WA.
It is our pleasure to welcome our guest speaker, Leslie Delaforce, a graduate of the MBS MURRA program, who is co-founder and director of HR tech company Covocate, specialising in the implementation of new technology to remove bias in the recruitment process. Join us to hear his story of entrepreneurship and the engagement with Roy Hill, that enabled the company to successfully increase the size and quality of its Indigenous workforce.
This is a fantastic opportunity to engage and get to know each other through the exchange of views and experiences.
Cost is $20 which includes light refreshments and there is a cash bar available.

Prior to this Les has a strong background in Government in a range of senior roles ranging from workforce strategy, project management and Indigenous affairs.
In 2014 Les was proudly awarded a place on the Australian Institute of Management's AIM30. Recognising Australia's Top 30 Managers that have excelled in their chosen field and the first Aboriginal person to be receive this prestigious award.
Les is a Co-founder and Director of Covocate.com. Covocate is a blind hiring technology platform that helps companies identify their best job candidates to help drive diversity outcomes for organisations.
