8.00am –   8.45am

Graduate registration/ regalia collection

All graduates must enter the Melbourne Town Hall via Collins Street and proceed to the Condell Room to Register and collect your regalia. Photography studios will be located in the Supper Room (level 3) and will be open during this time, as well as after the formalities have concluded.

8.45am – 9.30am

Main Hall is opened to graduates and guests

Guests must enter the Melbourne Town Hall via Swanston Street, and will be checked in as they enter.

9.30am

Photography closes until after formalities

Photography services will close for the duration of the formal proceedings.

Aim to be early: it is essential that graduates are in allocated seats by 9.30am at the latest

or you will be excluded from presentation on stage.

9.30am

All graduates must be seated

Late graduates will not be included in on stage formalities

9.45am

All guests must be seated

Guests to be seated in the guest seating areas only

10.00am

Formalities commence

Formalities will run for approximately one hour

11.00am
(approx.)

Formalities conclude;

light refreshments served

All attendees are invited to celebrate in the Main Hall

By 1.00pm

All regalia to be returned

All regalia must be returned to the Condell Room.
