Evan Leybourn: Evan is the co-founder of the Business Agility Institute; a fiercely independent research & advocacy organization for the next generation of companies. Companies that are agile, innovative and dynamic - perfectly designed to thrive in today’s unpredictable markets. As well as leading the Business Agility Institute, Evan is also the author of Directing the Agile Organisation (2012) and #noprojects; a culture of continuous value (2018).

Peter Lam: Peter is engaged by clients to untangle their delivery. Through this, he has had the opportunity to support a range of organisations to shift and adopt ‘agile’ and ‘ways of working’ to be part of their strategy to be competative in the future. The types of organisations he helps range from Financial Services, Telcos to Regulators. His recent visible role was to lead the adoption of agile and ways of working across 17 000 people across Sales, product, technology and operations.
When Peter isn’t directly working with clients, he runs one of Victoria’s largest agile project management meet ups / communities which he helped launch in 2013 and now has close to 5000 members.
