Matthew is a Director at Engage and Transform, and has worked in transformational roles with companies such as Bank of America India, GE, Westpac and many others. His involvement across multiple organisational and geographic cultures provides a unique perspective to the topic of leadership.
With Matthew, we will explore:
-The ability and courage leaders need, in order to challenge traditional business environments.
-What future leaders need to develop, in order to become differentiators between business curators and future makers.
-The mindset required to have the capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast paced complex environment.
-Leveraging technical and adaptive complexity to create and explore unrealised value.
Tickets are $15 pp, with some drinks and nibbles provided.
