Vikrant Chaudhary, AT Kearney Principal has kindly agreed to run the MECE workshop in LT2 to accommodate more students. This means there will be a few structural changes which are outlined below.

Despite travelling internationally 2 weeks each month Vikrant has generously donated part of his limited free time to help you unlock the secrets of MECE – a method commonly used by consulting firms to organize and structure problems. Due to his limited availability the workshop must start at 5pm sharp.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE
This workshop will now be reformatted into 2 parts.
To get the most out of this you should plan on attending both dates.
• Part I: Background on structured thinking, key principles, examples, large group practice.
It will focus specifically on issue-based problem solving and being MECE in thinking. This is not an AT Kearney networking event.

• Part II: Practice structured thinking and issue based problem solving in small groups.
Held on a Saturday in October between 1-3pm as part of Consulting Club activities.
This date will be confirmed shortly.

WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS
To make this an impactful event for all participants you will be required to: -
• Be ready to start at 5pm in LT2
Due to the intensity of the session late arrivals will not be admitted.
Note: No food is allowed in theatres.

• Actively participate
You will work in teams and be ready to present your group work to other participants.

• Bring paper & pen
This will allow you to take notes (no handouts will be provided) and practice.

No longer attending?
Please cancel your RSVP on myMBS to allow those on the waitlist to attend.

This workshop is only open to currently studying students.
