Details
Driving a case is the skill of the interviewee to keep the case moving. A key consultant skill is to always be thinking about what the problem being solved is and what the current best answer would be. A good candidate will always be thinking about what the next step is to reach the objective. This session will address the three questions that a candidate should be able to answer at anytime during the case and should use internally as a key tool to help drive the case to the objective. All the work during the case is essentially just refining this loop.
