As an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Will delivers solutions to clients across Defence, national security, cyber, and advanced industries. His focus areas include uplifting organisational performance, developing high-impact leaders, and using technology and analytics to support critical decision making. Before joining the firm, Will supported clients in the Defence industry, focusing on complex systems acquisition projects. He completed his MBA at MBS in 2021 with first-class honours.
Lauren Arancini

Lauren is an Associate at McKinsey’s Melbourne office. Before joining the firm, she worked in Strategy and Growth at Seek, completing several 6-month rotations across the business in AI, Strategy, Product, and Investments. Lauren holds a PhD in Medicine from Deakin University and completed a Master of Management in Finance from MBS, graduating in 2020 on a Local Merit Scholarship.
