It is essential that you read the Graduation Celebration Guide emailed to you, before the day of the event.
 

Time

What happens

1:00pm-1:45pm

Graduate registration and regalia collection

1:45-2:30pm

Main Hall is opened to graduates and guests

2:30pm

Photography closes until after the formalities

2:30pm

All graduates must be seated

Aim to be early: it is essential that graduates are in allocated seats by 2.30pm or you will be excluded from presentation on stage.

2:45pm

All guests must be seated

3:00pm

Formalities commence

4:00pm

Formalities conclude. Light refreshments served

6:00pm

All regalia returned

Graduation Celebration Tickets

The Graduation Celebration is an exciting time that marks the end of your degree.

Melbourne Business School is looking forward to celebrating your achievements at the Graduation Celebration | Class of 2021 on Saturday 10 September 2022

Your $240.00 registration fee includes:
  • Your student ticket
  • Three guest tickets 
  • Celebratory Drinks
  • Gown hire (academic regalia)
Extra guest tickets

Each student is initially allocated up to three guest tickets. The cost of these tickets is included in your registration fee.

You will be notified by email after registrations close if extra guest tickets are available.

Please refer to your email notification for confirmation of your total allocation of guest tickets. 

Regalia

Your registration fee includes the hiring of University of Melbourne regalia to wear at the event. 
Only University of Melbourne regalia is permitted. Clothes worn underneath your gown will be visible, so please dress appropriately.

The University does not provide the option of purchasing regalia.

REFUNDS AND COVID-19 INFORMATION

  • If you test positive to COVID-19 and can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible to request a full refund.
  • If you can't attend in person, please let us know as early as possible because it will have an impact on our event, include regalia hire, catering and stage proceedings.
  • Please note Melbourne Business School, acts in line with the Government health advice. Masks will be available should you wish to wear one on the day.
  • If this event is affected beyond our control, for reasons relating to COVID-19, guests will be informed as soon as possible.
